• “Goods/Services” is a reference to the products/goods/foods/services we offer for sale from our website.
• “Restaurant” word is used for third parties, which has agreed to work with us. Work may be as food preparing/self-delivering etc.
• Images, audio, video, location, likes, reviews, messages, feedback, profile information etc. will be referred as “Content”.
• “Delivery Company” is used for the third parties who help us to deliver food to you.
• “Food Delivery” is used as a reference to deliver any type of food/goods or services by our website. If restaurant delivers food for us then restaurant takes full responsibility of delivery service else we take responsibility of delivery service.
• “Website” is a reference to the website “http://ahafood.in/” and “application” is a reference to our mobile application. We use both to offer you goods and services.
• “Agreement” is referred to these terms and privacy policies which are on website at the time of ordering food/goods/services.
4. Food/Service orde
• A user account must be created for ordering food/services from our website. When ordering from this website you may be required an e-mail address and a password combination. You must keep those details secure and not to give to any third party.
• Please make sure that your personal details, delivering address, payment information (debit/credit card details) etc. are accurate and complete at the time of ordering.
• Please remember that some of our products are for certain range of age only. User should make sure that product they are buying is suitable for to their age.
• Food/services purchased from this website are not for resale. You are instructed to not to sale the food/goods purchased from this website to anyone.
• An order will be accepted only when we (third party restaurant and Ahafood) have availability of product and delivery capacity.
• An SMS/E-mail will be send to you to make confirm that we have received all details of order placed correctly, if either we or the restaurant are able to fill your order. If there exists any incorrectness please inform us immediately.
5. What customer is going to pay:-
There are generally four types of prices included in your bill.
i. Prices of food items stated in menu of respective restaurant you have chosen to order from.
ii. VAT prices on food which has been introduced by state govt. according to the state you are ordering from.
iii. Service taxes by www.ahafood.in (They are applied in some cases only).
iv. Delivery charges according to the distance.
Total bill will be sum of all these prices. In some cases prices of items provided by us may differ than prices of items by restaurant, which are not negotiable and totally payable.
6. What about delivery/delivery charges: -
• Delivery time shown at the time of ordering is approximate/ estimated and may vary.
• If delivery of food from restaurant to customer is done by Ahafood, then we will make every effort to make delivery stated in the estimated time.
• If restaurant takes responsibility to deliver food to you then we are only a conduct between you and restaurant. We shall not be liable for delay in delivery,
wrong delivery, partial delivery etc. It is their (third-party restaurant’s)
responsibility to deliver the order to you at the place you mentioned and in time.
• In case of delivering food/goods by Ahafood or participating restaurant, if there is a delay in delivery then neither Ahafood nor restaurant is liable to customers for any damages, charges, losses, costs, liabilities etc.
• Delivery charges will not be voided/ refunded in case of late delivery.
• If food/goods are not delivered in the estimated time then please contact to us by phone and we will try to make sure you receives your order as soon as possible.
• If you are not able to receive order in the time of delivery at delivery destination you mentioned while placing the order, then there will not be any wrong of us, all risk of food delivery shall pass to you upon delivery and you will be responsible for any harm of food/goods.
• If restaurant is making delivery itself and is late in delivering order than it is their (restaurant’s) responsibility to inform you that they are unable to deliver food/goods you in the estimated time of delivery.
• It might not be possible for us or participant restaurants to deliver food/goods to deliver at some locations, in this case us or restaurant will contact you to either ask for an alternative address or cancellation of order.
• Minimum delivery charges will be applied on every order and additional delivery charges will be applied according to distance of delivery location from participant restaurant.
• Any discount, vouchers, coupon codes, offers etc. shall be applied only for stated time given by Ahafood. Once Validity of these items is over they will not have any value for us and will not be applied after.
7. In Case Of Cancelling the order: -
• If you want to cancel the order in case, then you can tell us immediately by phone and tell us your order number, if possible your order will be cancelled and you will be notified by SMS/e-mail.
• If we are not able to cancel your order (because either restaurant has prepared your food or it is dispatched for delivery from restaurant) then we will not be able to refund any order and you have to take that order.
• After 5 minutes of ordering your order may not be cancelled.
• In the case of not of availability of food/goods in the participated restaurant your order will be cancelled and you shall be notified by SMS/call/e-mail.
• If your order has been cancelled and you have already paid for the order by credit/debit card then your amount including delivery charges will be refunded within next working seven days in your account.
• If there is unavailability of item in the participated third party restaurant then you may be asked for an alternate option instead of that item. It is totally up to you if you want to change the item. If you do not want an alternate option then you can refuse for that and you are not bounded to buy and hence, you can cancel the order.
8. Complaint And Feedback Box: -
• Your complaints and feedback are very important for us to improve our quality and to provide you better services. You are free to provide any type of feedback and complaints about our services.

• Complaint about food/goods of any third party restaurants can also be done by using link support@Ahafood.in .
• Your complaints will be responded within next working 24 hours and we will use our best sources to provide a solution.
9. Hindrances, Limitations of liability and Disclaimer of warranties: -

• We may alter or vary the terms at any time without notifying you. It is your part to look upon these terms and conditions time to time.
• Payment will be made at the time of ordering by using credit card, debit card and other facilities provided by us or cash on delivery.
• While ordering or receiving any food/goods or other services from us then privacy policies and terms will be followed which are issued only by the website. Any implied manipulation or changes will not be a part of this agreement.
• All the prices on this website are always shown in Indian rupees unless otherwise stated.
• Any part/parts of the goods/services provided by us may be subcontracted any time under these terms and privacy policies without your consent or notify you.
• All the terms/privacy policies etc. shall be constructed in or governed by with the laws of India. Both we and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
• All the information sharing, order information and any other deals shall be made in English language.
